    COCONUT PECAN CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

    This is a very easy cake that tastes like you fussed. Easy to transport

    List of Ingredients




    INGREDIENTS:
    1 box (18.25 oz.) milk chocolate cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 can (15 oz.) coconut pecan frosting
    powder sugar, optional

    Recipe



    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil & water for 2 minutes. Scrapping sides of mixing bowl when needed. Then add the can of frosting. Make sure to mix well.
    Put in a bundt pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 52-57 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Remove the cake immediately from the bundt pan onto a wire rack. If you wait til it cools, it tends to stick.
    If you like, dust lightly with powder sugar.
