    4 c mini marshmallows
    1 pkg yellow cake mix prepared
    1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Coat 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Spread marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter over mashmallows. Spoon cherries evenly over batter. Bake 45-50 min. Here's what happens. The cherries sink to the bottom, the marshmallows rise to the top and forms a thin topping that will brown and be bubbly. To check doneness, insert toothpick in certer of cake.
