    Posted by: lindachicken__Oklahoma***********This is such a delicious and easy cake. I’ve posted it before, but thought I’d repost for the “newbies”. It’s a great last minute dessert since you can serve it while it's still warm

    List of Ingredients




    1 package Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake mix
    4 eggs
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    ½ cup packed brown sugar
    ½ cup warm water
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, to fold into batter

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together except whole chips. Beat with electric mixer at medium to high speed for 4 minutes. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips. Pour into prepared (greased and floured) bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 t0 60 minutes. Cover loosely with foil if top and/or edges are getting too brown. Let it cool on rack in pan for 10 minutes or so and then turn out onto cake plate. May be served warm or cooled and may be topped with the following glaze, if desired.

    Glaze:
    ¼ cup water
    ¼ cup light corn syrup
    2/3 cup sugar
    6 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

    Simmer the water, sugar, and syrup over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Allow to sit for a few minutes, and then whisk to combine. Drizzle over cake.
