    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup soft butter
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup buttermilk OR sour milk
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or to your taste)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini

    TOPPING
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or to your taste)


    Recipe



    Cream together butter, oil, sugar; add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients (NOT TOPPING YET THOUGH!!). Stir to mix. Add zucchini. Spread into greased 9 X 13 cake pan. BEFORE baking sprinkle with the combined topping mix as above. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.

    Don't know if this is what you meant by Streusel topping, but it is a very good cake. Hope you will try it.
