    List of Ingredients

    Cake:
1 package (18.5 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream (I used fat free)
    3/4 c. vegetable oil (I used 1/2 cup applesauce)
    4 large eggs

    Filling:
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 T. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans(optional)

    Sugar Glaze:
    2 c. confectioner's sugar, sifted
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly mist a 9x13 pan with pam.
    2. Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs & sour cream. Blend for 1 minute scraping the sides of bowl, increase mixer speed to medium & beat 2 minutes more.
Pour batter into prepared pan evenly.
    Drizzle the honey over cake.
    3. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon & nuts together sprinkle all over the top of the honey & cake mix. Then using a dinner knife, swirl through these ingredient to blend them slightly.
    4. Place in oven, bake for 38-40 minutes at 350.
    5. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, milk & vanilla together until well combined. Pour the glazeover the top of the hot cake, spreading it to the sides with a spoon.
Allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting. Best served warm.
Store this cake, covered in plastic wrap, at room temp for up to 1 wk. Or freeze it, for up to 6 months.

This is a good cake and so moist. It didn't hurt it a bit by not using 3/4 cup of oil.
