    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 cups of flour
    1 cup of sugar
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 teaspoons of baking soda
    1 cup of chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs until
    light and fluffy. Add the pineapple, flour, sugar, brown sugar
    and the baking soda. Mix by hand until well blended.
    Stir in pecans.

    Spread in an un-greased 9" X 13" X 2" baking dish. Bake for 40
    to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center
    comes out clean.

    Cut into squares and serve warm with a scoop of
    vanilla ice cream on top.
