    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ½ tsp nutmet
    3/4 cup sugar
    ½ cup oil
    2 eggs
    ½ cup All Bran cereal
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 and ½ tsp grated orange peel
    1 cup grated zucchini
    1.2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat oil, sugar, and eggs until well combined. Stir in cereal, orange peel and vanilla. Add flour mix, zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Spread in greased 10" x 6" x 2" baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and frost with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows)

    Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:

    1 package (3 ounce) soft cream cheese
    1 tbsp soft margarine
    ½ tsp grated orange peel
    1 and ½ cup sifted powdered sugar
    milk (if needed for thinner)

    Mix and frost cake
