We had our bake sale this morning and someone brought something new. So simple and to die for. I am not sure what you would call it, i am saying candy.
She took a large bag of oreo cookies and ground them up FINE. She mixed these with 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese, softened. Roll into balls and dip in melted almond bark. She used the white and sprinkled red sugar on them while wetRecipe
She brought a small plate cut up to sample and they sure didn't last long, I can tell you. It is so easy to make. She said it took longer to get the bag of cookies crushed fine that to throw the balls together. Just thought I would share.
