    I keep mine in the fridge covered with plastic wrap and it stays really nice. It is very soft, but very good

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup of unsweetened whipping cream
    2 Cups sugar free white chocolate in small peices
    2 Tblsp. Hershey's Cocoa powder (not sweetened kind)
    1/3 Cup of Splenda sugar
    2 Tblsp. Smooth Peanut butter

    Recipe



    Heat whipping cream until it almost boils. Take off heat and stir in white chocolate. Stir until melted. Mix cocoa with splenda until blended and stir into fudge.
    Make well in the middle of pot and put 2 Tblsp. Peanut butter and let set for 5 min. Stir together until blended and Put in 8X8 buttered pan or I put mine in a buttered bread pan. You may also use Pam sprayed on your pans
