List of Ingredients
1 peck red tomatoes
12 onions
2 stalks celery
3 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 c. salt
8 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp ginger
Recipe
Let tomatoes, onions, celery, and peppers stand with the salt overnight after they have been chopped fine. Drain in the morning. Boil vinegar, sugar, and spices. Then boil all together 5-10 minutes. Pack and seal in glass jars. Makes 8-10 pints
