List of Ingredients
Tomatoes/Plum Tomatoes 2-3 Pounds
Baking sheet
Aluminium Foil
Cooling rack
Melon baller/spoon,thongs
KnifeRecipe
Method :
Heat oven to 250° F.
Cover Baking sheet with foil & place cooling rack on the sheet.
Core,slice,deseed & wipe the shell with paper towels to blot excess moisture.
Arrange cut side up on the rack & bake for 3 -4 hours depending on the tomatoes.
Tomatoes are done when dry , but not brittle. Store in Ziplog bags in the freezer.
