    List of Ingredients




    20 oz. chopped broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
    saltines, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 bag Success Rice, cooked
    1 med. onion, diced
    1 c. evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Cook broccoli according to package directions. Saute onion in 1 1/2 sticks margarine until tender. Mix drained broccoli and onion with remaining ingredients. Spread crushed saltines over top; drizzle with 1/2 stick melted margarine. Bake in a 9 x 13 casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. 375 deg. for 45 min. Freezes well; prior to baking.
