    List of Ingredients




    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
    3 TBSP. oleo

    Cook in microwave till hot.

    Add to above:
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 jar Cheese Whiz, (the next size after the smallest)
    Cook in microwave again, till hot.

    Drain 2 or 3 cans potatoes (depending on how much potatoes you want in it)
    Add to above, and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) till hot and bubbly in the center.

    I got this recipe from a neice, and it is very delicious. My DD likes it better than the broccoli casseroles with rice.
