    List of Ingredients




    2 c broccoli florets
    1-1/2 T chicken broth
    2 T Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Bring medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender. Drain

    Toss broccoli with Italian dressing and broth. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat through in microwave (30 seconds).

    Variation:Use Vinaigrette (2 T) and crumbled Feta cheese (1/4 c). Prepare recipe as directed above.

    Yield:3 servings
