List of Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6-8 lg. red ripe tomatos chopped
4-5 cups chopped zucchini
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped medium to large onion
1 can tomato sauce (optional)
salt & pepper
chopped minced garlic (optional)
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 lb box cooked spaghetti noodles
1 pkg shredded Casserole Cheese
Recipe
Brown meat and drain. Add next 7 ingredients, reduce down until veggies are tender. While sauce is cooking, bring to boil water with onion soup mix, add spaghetti-cook per pkg instructions. Drain spaghetti-do not rinse. In 9x13 sprayed pan layer sauce, noodles, cheese- repeat. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then uncover and brown cheese. Serve with garlic bread and ENJOY
