    List of Ingredients




    3 Cups zucchini (cut up)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic - minced
    1 Tblsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 cup oil
    1 cup Bisquick
    4 large eggs (slightly beaten)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, adding eggs last. Mix well. Pour into
    9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 Min.
    I’ve also added 1# pork sausage, cooked and drained.
    You can also put a few cups of shredded cheddar cheese on top,
    to make it extra special
