GARLIC AND OIL WITH CHICKEN GIZZARDS

List of Ingredients
2 pkgs. chicken gizzards and hearts
Onion
Season Salt
Meat Tenderizer
Onion salt (or powder)
Garlic salt (or powder)
1 pkg. thin spaghetti
4-6 T. olive oil
1 T. parsley
1 clove garlic
Parmesan cheese Crushed red pepper
Recipe
In a large saucepan, cover gizzards with water and boil with chopped onions, garlic salt, season salt, onion salt and meat tenderizer. Boil for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender (will have to add more water along), but let water boil down until it's almost gone. This will in time make a sauce. Gizzards are like stew meat; sometimes they take longer to become tender. In a small saucepan, chop garlic in 4 to 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of parsley into oil and garlic. Simmer until garlic is golden brown. Boil spaghetti until tender. Drain. Pour oil mixture over spaghetti and mix. Serve with a side of gizzards. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper (optional) over spaghetti. Delicious!
