Rich & Creamy Chicken Casserole Overnite

List of Ingredients
2 c cooked & shredded chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c uncooked macaroni
1 ½ c rice milk
1 (4 oz.) can evaporated milk
Topping:
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Recipe
Combine all casserole ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 8 or more hours (can be prepped in the morning, or prepped overnight and set in fridge). Note: Can just use 2 cups milk if you do not have rice milk and evaporated milk.
Transfer to a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°for 30 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle crushed crackers over dish; pour melted butter over crackers. Bake another 30 minutes.
Another note: If you don't have so many hours to let it sit, just use cooked noodles and you can stick the dish in the oven right away!
