    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. ground beef
    2 beef bullion cubes
    1 cup tomato sauce
    4 T flour
    6 eggs
    16 slices yellow American cheese
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese, optional
    1 recipe for biscuits

    Recipe



    Brown the ground beef and drain. Add the tomato sauce and beef
    bullion and stir over medium heat until the cubes are dissolved.
    Remove from the heat and add 12 slices of the cheese, stirring until
    melted. Stir in the flour and eggs until well blended.

    Prepare the biscuit recipe. Roll out 1/2 the dough to fit a pie pan
    and pour 1/2 of the beef mixture into it. Repeat with the remaining
    dough and beef mixture in a second pie pan.

    Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees then place 2 of the remaining
    slices of cheese onto each of the pies and bake until melted slightly.
