    POTATO BEEF CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients

    On a scale of 1-10, I rate this casserole a 10 for ease of cooking and taste.
    This has a wonderful mild flavor to it.
    I was also in a hurry to get dinner ready and varied the cooking degrees and time.
    I think this would also be good with grated cheese sprinkled on top.


    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can (10 ½ oz) condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted (I used vegetarian)
    ½ tsp. salt

    Recipe

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Transfer to a greased 2-quart. baking dish.
    Cover and bake for 1-½ hours or until potatoes are tender.
    (I cooked mine on 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then turned down to 350 degrees for 15 minutes)

    Makes 4-6 servings

    .....I baked it at 400 for 30 min and then turned the oven down to 350 for 15 min
