    List of Ingredients




    2 tblsps. chopped onion
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb(or more) ham ;sliced into bite size pieces
    6 cups potato slices (cooked)

    Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 2 cups cheese; stir until melted.Toss potatoes & ham in cheese sauce. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350F for 30 mins.
