    List of Ingredients




    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can (10 ½ oz) condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted (I used vegetarian)
    ½ tsp. salt

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Transfer to a greased 2-quart. baking dish.
    Cover and bake for 1-½ hours or until potatoes are tender.
    (I cooked mine on 400ï‚° for 30 minutes, then turned down to 350ï‚° for 15 minutes)

    Makes 4-6 servings
