    Posted by: arelabs I have very successfully used frozen, cubed hash browns for this recipe (32-oz package). You will have to bake longer using the hash browns (about 50-60 minutes). Also can use real bacon bits, use lower fat cheeses and non-fat sour cream.

    List of Ingredients




    6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked (this is about 2 lbs)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 green onions, chopped

    Recipe



    Cut baked potatoes into 1-in. cubes. Place half in greased 9 x 13" pan.

    Sprinkle with half of the sour cream and cheeses.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.

    Yield 6-8 servings.
