    List of Ingredients




    2 ( 10-ounce packages frozen broccoli, chopped (or equal amount of fresh broccoli chopped)
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/4 cup Bleu cheese, crumbled
    1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup Ritz crackers,crushed

    Recipe



    Cook frozen or fresh broccoli. Drain. In a saucepan, melt butter, crumbled Beu and softened cream cheeses. Blend in flour. Mix well. Add milk. Cook, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, until mixture boils. Put into a 1-quart casserole. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

    Note, for recipe above: As I'm sure you guessed, just stir the sauce into the cooked broccoli, put in a casserole dish, top with crackers, then bake. (I use a bigger dish than a one-quart, for it all to fit.)
