    List of Ingredients




    1(16-oz)pkg.pound cake mix
    3 eggs
    2 Tablespoons butter
    4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1(8-oz) pkg. cream cheese,softened
    1(14-oz)can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1(16-oz)can pumpkin(about 2 cups)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, on Low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of a 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan. In a large mixing bowl,beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, 2 remaining eggs, pumpkin, remaining pumpkin pie spice and the salt; mix well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with the nuts. Bake30 to 35 mins.or until set in the center. Cool. Chill; cut into bars. store covered in the refrigerator.
    Makes 48 bars
