    List of Ingredients




    3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/3 cup flour
    Salt & pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tbsp parsley

    Recipe



    Cut each chicken breast (to make 2 pieces thin)then pound til even thinner...about 1/4 of an inch. Coat chicken with flour and shake off excess. Season with s&p. I pan on medium heat melt oil and butter..cook chicken on both sides for 2 minutes or til golden brown.
    Remove to platter & keep warm.
    Add wine and lemon juice to pan, bring mix to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in butter and parsley. To serve pour sauce over chicken.
    This will serve 4 or maybe 5..
