    List of Ingredients




    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
    1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
    1 (15 ounce) can pinto (or chili) beans
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place chicken and salsa into the crock pot. Season with the spices, adding more or less according to your tastes. Cook approximately 10 hours on low. About 3-4 hours before you want to eat, shred the chicken with 2 forks. Return the meat to the pot. Add the corn and the beans to the crockpot. Simmer until ready to eat
