    List of Ingredients




    1 ¼ cups bottled salsa
    1 cup (1-inch) pieces red bell pepper
    1 cup (1-inch) pieces yellow bell pepper
    1-tablespoon chili powder
    1 (15.5-ounce) can whole-kernel corn (or white hominy), drained
    1 (12-ounce) package chicken sausages with habanero chiles and tequila ,such as Gerhard’s(or sausage of choice)cut into ½-inch pieces

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover with lid; cook on low heat for 8 hours (if sausage used is fully cooked, cooking time may be shortened). May serve over rice and top with any of the following, if desired: crushed tortilla chips, fresh cilantro, chopped green or sweet onions, and/or sour cream.
