    2 CUPS FLOUR
    2 STICKS BUTTER
    1 TEAS. SALT
    2 EGGS
    1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
    2 CUPS QUICK COOKING OATS
    1 CUPS SUGAR
    2 CUPS (12 OZ.) BUTTERSCOTCH MORSELS
    1 CUP BROWN SUGAR

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. CREAM BUTTER, SUGAR & BROWN SUGAR IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. ADD EGGS AND MIX WELL. ADD FLOUR, SALT & BAKING SODA. STIR WELL. STIR IN OATS. STIR IN BUTTERSCOTCH MORSELS. SHAPE INTO 1" BALLS. PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 350 FOR 10 - 12 MINUTES.
