    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup crisco
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup cocoa
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 cups flour
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp salt
    2 cups mini chocolate chips

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, cream crisco, oil, cocoa, and vanilla mix well. Add eggs and both the sugars
    mix well. Add soda and salt and gradually flour, beat well. Fold in mini chips. Roll into balls and roll the balls in granulated sugar, place balls on cookie sheet and press them down slightly with a glass
    dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
