    These were posted by Snowteapots. It is the only recipe I use now. I also add cinnamon to the batter and sometimes walnuts. These cookies can be made as big as you want them and they never flatten. Their also moist

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup butter, melted
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 egg
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tblsp. vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1/2 teas. baking soda
    1/2 teas. salt
    2 cups milk chocolate chips

    I also add 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Cream first six ingredients until real fluffy. Add next three that have been stirred together. (I don't sift them!) Stir chips in by hand.
    Bake at 325° for 15 to 17 minutes. Edges will just be turning brown. Remove to cooling rack. Makes 18 cookies - really BIG cookies.
