    Comments: Makes soft, chew, and delicious cookies

    Ingredients:
    1 c. butter flavored Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 t. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1 t. salt
    2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. very finely chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix butter flavored shortening, sugars, pudding, vanilla and eggs. Then add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes.
    For a chocolate chip cookies, substitute chocolate flavor pudding.
