    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg (14 oz) caramels
    2 Tbs water
    1/2 C coconut
    3 pkg (1 oz ea.) instant oatmeal
    1/3 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c chopped nuts

    Recipe



    1. Melt caramels
    2. Stir in coconut and oatmeal
    3. Let cool slightly. Then with
    buttered hands, roll into 2 12"
    rolls.
    4. Melt chocolate chips in small
    sauce pan.
    5. Frost each roll with melted
    chocolate and sprinkle with nuts.
    6. Chill and then cut into 1/2"
    slices.
