    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter or margarine softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/3 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp, baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    colored sugar (optional)

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars and oil. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add flour, salt., baking soda, cinnamon and cream of tartar. Roll into 1 -inch balls. Place on greased baking sheets. Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes
