    (this came from a childhood friend's grandmother...I've made them for 27 yrs now....cilla)

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. butter (I usually use 1 stick butter & 1 stick margarine)
    2 C. all purpose flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1 C. sugar
    1 C. coconut

    Recipe



    Roll dough in balls the size of walnuts. Flatten with with fork. Bake 350º for about 10 mins. or until slightly browned around the edges. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 75 cookies
