1 stick of unsalted butter
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1 extra large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup of self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups roasted unsalted peanutsRecipe
Heat oven to 350
Beat butter, sugar, pb, egg and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer on medium high. On low speed beat in flour
Roll dough into 35 walnut sized balls. Put peanuts into dish and dip one side of the cookies in the peanuts. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes
