    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flour
    2 cups oatmeal
    1 teaspoon soda
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 cup shortening
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Stir together: flour, oatmeal, soda, and salt. Set aside.
    Cream shortening, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs. Beat until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop from spoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
