    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    4 cups Rice Krispies (you could use Cocoa Krispies if you like)
    1 pint ice cream

    Recipe



    Mix corn syrup thoroughly with peanut butter. Add Krispies and stir until well coated. Press of mixture in square baking pan, top with ice cream and then top with remaining cereal mixture. Freeze until firm, or press entire cereal mixture in 9x13x2 inch pan and freeze until firm, cut into 12 equal squares and place ice cream on top of one square and top with another cereal square making an ice cream sandwich, wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper and refreeze until ready to eat. (My sons have always loved this easy treat)
