    1 package of Pillsbury Mosit Supreme Lemon Premium Cake Mix(18.25oz)
    1/3 cup crisco oil(used canola)
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup powered sugar
    2-3 Tbs lemon Juice
    Yellow colored sugar

    Recipe



    Oven set at 375. Combine the cake mix, oil, & eggs. Stir till moistened.
    Shape into 1" balls, place 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Place sugar in a shallow dish. Dip the bottom of a glass into the sugar and press onto the cookie to flatten to 1/4" thickness. Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes. Cool~

    Combine the powered sugar with the lemon juice mix till smooth. Drizzle over cookies and sprinkle with the colored sugar before the icing sets~`
