MARSHMALLOW FUDGE COOKIES

List of Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cream of tartar
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup cream
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
24 cup up marshmallows
1 cup pecan or walnut pieces



Recipe

Mix first 6 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to soft ball stage.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and nuts.
Press into a well buttered pan. Chill and cut into squares.

That should say cut up muarshmallows. Ten large marshmallows = 1 cup mini marshmallows. Hope that helps
