    1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix
    1 egg
    1 8 oz container Cool whip.
    Confectioners Sugar

    Recipe



    Mix altogether until well blended.
    Drop by spoonful (about TBS) in confectioners sugar and roll until covered completely. Dough is stickly. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes in 350 oven.

    Can use any of the cake mixes--I have done Lemon, Chocolate too, adding a cup of chocolate chips to the Chocolate. I think I would add nuts to the Carrot Cake next time
