    1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Lemon Cake Mix
    2 1/4 cups Cool Whip
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg, beat on low speed of mixer until combined. Dough will be sticky. Drop by spoonfuls into powdered sugar, carefully roll in sugar until well coated. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350� for 10-13 minutes. (Should be lightly browned on bottom - careful not to overbake.)



    These are delicious!
