    List of Ingredients

    ½ cup of butter (softened)
    ½ cup of brown sugar
2 tsp instant espresso coffee powder
    2 tsp of cocoa powder
    Dash of salt
    1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of coffee liqueur OR 1 tbsp of strong brewed coffee
    1 ½ cup of flour
    ½ cup of chocolate chips
½ cup of white chocolate chips
    1 tbsp of shortening

    Recipe

In a medium mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high
Speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, coffee powder, cocoa, and salt. Beat
Until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in egg yolk and coffee
Liqueur or strong brewed coffee until combined. Beat in the flour. Divide dough
In half. If necessary cover and chill dough until easy to handle.

On a lightly floured surface, roll half the dough at a time to a ¼ inch thickness.
Using floured 21/2 - 3 inch cookie cutters, cut dough into desired shapes.
Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350*F for 12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet
For 1 minute. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.

Using 2 separate sandwich bags place the chocolate and white chips in separate bags.
Split the shortening in half and add a half to each bag. Microwave one bag at a time for
30 second intervals until the chocolate is melted. Cut the tip of the corner of the bag and drizzle over cookies.
