    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. rum flavoring
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 unbeaten egg
    3 cups sifted flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg

    Recipe



    Cream together butter and flavorings. Gradually add sugar, blend in egg. Gradually add flour and nutmeg and mix well. Roll lengths of dough 1/2 - 3/4 in diameter to resemble small logs, cut to 1 1/2 in length. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350� for 12-15 min. Cool and ice with your choice of vanilla buttercream frosting. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
