    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 c all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
    3/4 c sugar
    3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 c quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
    1 (12 oz) pkg (2 c) Nestle Toll House butterscotch morsels

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.

    In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. Drop by measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes for chewier cookies, 9-10 min for crisper cookies. Makes about 4 doz cookies
