    List of Ingredients




    (I usually dbl this and get about 100 cookies)

    1/2 c pb
    1/2 c margerine
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/2 c white sugar
    1 egg-beaten
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 c flour
    1/2 txp baking soda

    Recipe



    Cream pb and margerine, beat in the sugars, then egg and vanilla till fluffy.
    Wish baking soda into flour, and beat into the first mixture. Shape into 1 1/2 inch wide logs on wax paper and roll up tightly. Freeze, or refrigerate till firm. SLice 1/4 inch or less- place on parchment- sprinkle with a bit of suagr-bake at 375 till edges are slightly browned. Cool on paper- then remove.
