    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup shortening
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 cup honey
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/2 tsp baking powders
    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp baking soda

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Combine shortening,peanut butter and sugar together .Mix well. Then add egg and honey.Set aside then In seperate bowl Mix
    the flour,baking powders,salt and soda together then add to 1st mixture.Then roll into balls and place on cookie sheet and Press each cookie with the tines of the fork.

    Bake 10 minutes at 375
