List of Ingredients
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 milk chocolater candy bars (4 oz. each), chopped
1 c. finely chopped unsalted peanuts
Recipe
In lrg. mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars 'til light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min. or 'til easy to handle.
Using cookie press fitted w/star disk, press dough 2" apart in long strips on ungreased baking sheets. Cut ea. strip into 2" pieces (don't seperate pieces). Bake @ 350º for 7-9 min. or 'til golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
In micro-safe bowl, melt candy bars; stir 'til smooth. Dip one end of each cookie into choc., then into peanuts. Place on waxed paper; let stand 'til set.
Yield :about 4 dozen!!!
