    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup shortening
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp soda

    Recipe



    Cream together peanut butter, shortening, and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift or stir together flour, salt and soda. Add to first mixture.

    Roll in balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten crisscross style with a fork. Bake a t 375 for 10-12 minutes
