    List of Ingredients




    Filling:
    1 c. diced dates
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    Icing:
    3 oz. Phil. cream cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Cook filling until thick over medium heat. Cool; add nuts and spread on Ritz crackers. Bake 8 min. at 350 deg. Cool and ice. Can be frozen.
    (I have not made these). Recipe is from an elementary school cookbook
